Private Stewardship
The ongoing care of a home and the life surrounding it.
Private stewardship is the practice of taking responsibility for a household over time — its condition, its readiness, its coordination, and the standards it is held to.

The mental load
The weight is rarely the task itself.
A household rarely fails at any single thing. It fails at the accumulation — the reminder, the follow-up, the vendor who never called back, the detail remembered at midnight.
That weight does not appear on a calendar, yet it consumes more attention than the work itself. Private stewardship exists to move that weight off your mind and onto someone whose responsibility it is.
One point of contact
One relationship, not a directory of numbers.
You should not have to explain your household repeatedly. One relationship holds the context: the standards, the preferences, the history, and the reasoning behind decisions already made.
When something is needed, there is one message to send — and no need to describe the situation from the beginning.
Household memory
Preferences remembered, quietly.
Which florist. Which linens. How the guest room is prepared. Which vendor is welcome and which is not. Which weeks the house sits empty.
This information is kept privately, used only in service of the household, and never discussed outside the engagement.
Coordination
Trusted specialists, orchestrated.
Trades, housekeeping, landscape, technology, maintenance, hospitality partners, and project vendors are scheduled, briefed, supervised where appropriate, and followed up with.
You approve direction. The coordination, sequencing, and accountability are carried here.
Readiness
Arrival should ask nothing of you.
Before travel, the residence is closed properly. Before return, it is opened, stocked, aired, and prepared. Before guests, it is readied to a standard already agreed upon.
Readiness is the quietest part of the work and the most immediately felt.
The ongoing relationship
Continuity is the product.
Stewardship compounds. A relationship three months in anticipates more than one in its first week, and a relationship a year in rarely needs to ask.
For that reason, engagements are structured as ongoing relationships with a defined cadence, scope, and communication rhythm.
Service worlds
Six worlds of responsibility.
Rather than a list of tasks, the work is organised into areas of responsibility. What belongs inside each is defined with you.
Home Stewardship
Ongoing oversight of the residence — preservation, readiness, vendor coordination, and the quiet rhythms that keep a household running well.
Lifestyle Concierge
Personal coordination, procurement, reservations and logistics, thoughtful special requests, and the time-consuming administration of a full life.
Arrival & Departure
The residence prepared before travel, return, guests, seasonal transitions, or an extended absence — so arriving home asks nothing of you.
Private Events & Hosting
Household readiness, vendor orchestration, guest preparation, and a complete reset afterward. Hosting without the logistics.
Projects & Transitions
Moves, renovations, installations, property transitions, and the special household projects that quietly consume months.
Special Requests
If it matters to your household, ask. Judgment and discretion applied to whatever the moment requires.
Boundaries
Clarity is part of the service.
- Stewardship is a defined relationship with an agreed scope and cadence — not unlimited availability for anything at any hour.
- Regulated professional advice — legal, medical, financial, tax, or insurance — is not provided. Where those matters touch the household, coordination with your own advisors is welcome.
- Outside vendors, contractors, and larger projects are typically engaged and billed separately; the coordination of them sits within stewardship.
- Some requests fall outside what can be responsibly accepted. When that is the case, it will be said plainly and an alternative offered where one exists.
Engagements are designed for ongoing private-client relationships rather than one-off errands or hourly assistance.
Begin with a conversation.
Private engagements are structured individually by consultation and intentionally limited to preserve availability, discretion, and personal attention.
